need some more info… how big are you? and you trying to gain mass, lose fat, or maintain? try doing a search here, this topic has come up a lot and i’m sure there are things that can help you there.

How big are you? What level of structure can you realistically have (with school/family/etc.)? Have you attempted to search the forum at all? Have you looked at johnberardi.com or regenerationlab.com?
