"hanging" (on a pull-up-bar) as a stretching effect / also hanging revers

hey,
did anybody made experiences with that? i have disbalances, and so a pain in the right hip with movement-restrictions.
I hang on a bar and “play” with my hips,do little skips while hanging and so on.
I feel better after it.
