Not here to debate his technique. Good technique or not he’s still very strong and doing something I can’t do.
He’s strong but if its not racked with elbows up then its not a complete lift. I it watched again, that’s not 450 or 204 kg. The bar has no give or bend. Also when lowering the bar he’s hip don’t drop.
This is how a realistic 450 pound hang clean looks like, the bar bends and gives. Also the hips drop when lowering the bar.
He’s a football player not a strength athlete - no need to racked elbows etc. Count the plates again…
Counting plates assumes that they’re legit 20kg. They look like cross fit plates, not legit Olympic lifting plates. Also the bar doesn’t look like a Olympic weightlifting bar.
