Using your best guess…
Would the idea of “fast not hard” out of the blocks (outlined in Fundamentals one vid) apply to action off blocks in swimming? Swimming coaches seem to favour a hard approach off the blocks. Swimmers typically drive the hands back with the forward motion of the legs in the track start position. Would the technique of bending the elbows and following a plane simillar to then one used in track work?
I guess I could try it with one of my swimmers…
