I just finished DEMON IN THE FREEZER by Richard Preston. It is pretty good. Deals factually with anthrax and WMD. But the REAL point of this post has to do with one of his earlier booksTHE HOT ZONE. It is a factual account of the ebola virus and its history. Very well done. Descriptions are so good, but disgusting. Anybody interested in biology, or anybody with a basic knowledge of physiology will be interested. Since most of the folks on this forum seem to have a pretty good grasp of science, and an interest in such, I believe that you will really enjoy The Hot Zone in particular, and perhaps some of Richard Preston’s other works.
