I’ve been approached by a young jumper…After the conclusion of competitive season, she has 3 months before joining police and there training with the their athletes (usual in italy for good athletes)and a new coach.
I’ll help her with GPP.
what kind of variations should I use on charlie’s dvd, considering tha she is strong despite not lifting weights and she doesn’t nedd to bulk.
I will work on flexibility for sure, since she is a bit stiff…, and then focus also on lifting technique and core strength (she’ll need it…if her new coach uses a typycal jumper’s program)
