One of the best pieces of advice I got from Charles Poliquin at one of his seminars was to take the Perform Better catalog and throw it in the trash as soon as it arrives in the mail.
It’s not all bad, but they do sell a ton of worthless junk.
Or put in the bottom of your bird cage. It least it will get some use.

One thing I do hate about some well known coditioning guys is that they seem to have a partnership with perform better. Then they recommend training routines with gadgets from perform better. Its kinda low if you ask me. It makes me ashamed to have the NASM certification…
