I’m trying to find out more about ginástica natural. Does anyone know alot about it or know of any english sources on it. I hear Rickson Gracie does it.

Have you tried calling his MA Studio in W. LA? Phone: 310-914-4122 Hopefully, they can point you in the right direction. I watched his documentery: Choke many years ago and was and still am impressed by him. I practiced Ju-Jitsu for a couple of years under one of his former students who is a WC in JJ and he would tell us things that Rickson did that were amazing.

wow I just got the tapes for this stuff it’s fantastic great stuff,its like yoga type movements,ju-jitsu type movements,and animal type movements. It’s sort of a like dynamic type of strecthing,movement thingie.Good exercise too there are push moves that go into other moves. There are basic fundamental moves and you can connect them in any way you like with other moves.I hope that made some sense its hard to explain this stuff.
