German 60m Sprinter beaten by Soccer player over 30m...

Just one about the always bashed skills of soccer players: The German 60m Champion Christian Blum (6.59i) was beaten in a 30m fun competition on grass in football shoes by soccer professional Patrick Milchraum of team 1860 Muenchen over the distance of 30m.

He said he slipped at the start as he is used to start from blocks, but did not want to make an excuse as he said the guys are very fit.
Anyhow, at the “finish line” he had the highest top speed (however they measured it).

Blum is 18 years old. The story says he only weighs 62.5 kg (just about 138 pds!)

But what was the time? That is what is important.

Are (some) sprinters really that spesialized they can’t run in soccer cleats on grass?

Wonder if the sprinter was “stuck” in drive phase!
