General question on lifting hindrance

I’m weird like this. I try to be well rounded in all categories, but I want the best of all worlds.

I would say since I’m in track, sprinting would have to be on the top of the list, with lifting right below it, but if I could rate how important they both were to me, id say they were the same, at least personally to me and my ego they are :slight_smile:

I would like to get my vertical jump up about 3-4" so I can touch 9’7 standing, but that’s not a priority or major goal for me as of now. That can wait, but itd be cool to do!
