so what does this mean, justins knocks out powells, or are they co record holders?
I guess they both share it. Will they go down to the thousandth to determine the outright record? because I think Powell’s most recent 9.77 is the fastest of em all.
Or can the wind play a role in this question? Asafa had less wind…
is it just me or did they take a lot less time than normal ratifying this record?
i had the same thought.i expected a longer term, especially because of the many discussions.
