These vegetables are very useful from an antioxidant standpoint and can definitely contribute to improved endurance. If you do a search on “allium” and “exercise” or “cardiovascular” you will definitely be able to find tonne of studies to back it up. Garlic tablets as much as I hate having them, always seem to make me feel more energetic. Placebo perhaps but I think there’s some merit to them.
I don’t see dark chocolate on that list :mad:
Probably not from a track & field standpoint… since I’ve never competed. I just train like a sprinter.
