Erik is a very bright guy and has taken many great principles from Charlie.
His interaction with Gay and Campell-Brown has been significant and he is to be commended.

What’s his role with the fb team, I know Coach Vic is a Moffit/Coach Hatch disciple.
He was brought in as the speed guy; however, I’m not sure what type of autonomy he has in that regard.
