What is the most easy to change…frequence, or length?? is there anything better to have more frequence than length or more length than frequence??thanks
the thing that seperates a great sprinter from a average 1 is fequency. they seem2 have the same stride length bt what alows the 1 guy 2 run sub 10 and the other 10.2, 10.3 is the stride rate.
the tick is 2 take the longest stride possible in the shortest amount of time.
