fourth workout - 30m accel

Just looking for some critique on this video. i’m 33, out of the sport for 13 years and looking to have a couple of good years in open competition, probably at 200m,400m then move on to masters. This is my fourth workout and unfortunately the best shot I have. I have no speed, no strength and no flexibility yet and am 15 lbs overweight and former heavy smoker, but would love it if some keen eyes could have a look at this and tell me what I most need to be working on right now. Was probably a 95% effort, trying to stay smooth and relaxed, but it sure looks choppy to me.

Looks pretty good to me! especially for being out of sport for 13 years…
