Intro
Hello, my name is Kellen. I am 14 years old, eager to learn and become a better athlete. I found CF through coach DeFranco’s site. I am going into my sophomore year of football. I am 5’8.5" and weigh 235. I play offensive tackle and hopefully this year I can play some defensive line. My maximum lifts are 160 for bench, 285 for box squat, and 325 for hex-bar deadlift.

I have a current injury that has held me back from training for 1-2 months. I am doing rehab/recovery/therapy work hoping to be back to 100% before two-a-day’s start.

Iced for 20 minutes and did Core Performance stretching routine.

Contrast shower for my back 1.5 min cold, 2 minutes warm, 3 rotations.

Iced for 20 minutes and did a lower back stretch.

Had an instructional session for football, doing defensive work and team work.
