Not sure of the actual distance, but it starts after I already sprinted about ~30m, so I’m near top speed here. Slight headwind, blocks, but no spikes. (nike frees). Also my body was still wrecked from a squat workout a few days prior and I did plenty of bike riding/ tempo runs earlier on in the day. Not even sure why I did these sprints under said conditions lol

I know you can’t see much, but for anybody here that’s seen my whiney posts, you can at least get an idea of my speed now I guess.
