fluid on leg.

Yeah of late, i went the doctors, because of my groin which has been bothering me all year. After my last race, i just needed to get it sorted out.

The doctor, just gave me Ant-Inflamation tabs, and Gel, and some other tabs called,Robaxin-750, Methocarbomol 750mg, maize starch, sodium laurly sulphate, hydroxypropylmethyl, cellulose and propylene"

which i don’t agree with, i don’t see how they are benfiting me.

My Groin is swollen, but it si not painfull at all.

It feels like there is fluid on my leg, i was not happy with how the doctor delt with my injury.

Maybe i could of been reffered to a physio!!!

If there is fluid on the leg, does massage help, how do you get rid of the fluid, i was thinking about going to a physio.

my leg feels very very heavy

ICE and a good compressione/bandage.
You can use more products for swelling/inflammatory phase as: arnica comp, voltarin, bromelayn, serrapeptase, antiox.

No aspirine.

After 2-4 days you can try to use EMS to a light pulse mode.

Then see a therapist.

Jamirok would i keep the compressione/bandage on at all times???

thanks

Yes, use it for 2-4 days (change it every day if it lose elasticity).

Ice is very impotant in the first state of the injury too.

Good Luck (and see a good therapist).
