10"67 had howlett in collegeover 40, even in 2003, when he was "fresh, was 4"78 I think over 40meters…obviously they are 1m away…Like in bobsled testing…it is important nont to comapre to regular track meets, but that they are consistent datas to compare.
For example, if you have a 3"78 for Leonard Scott over 30m, with standing start photocells thios way, you can expect 3"20-3"30…( btw, some of the best bobsledders achieve similar times)
