Sorry,I meant hips low at max V. From what you say here, much of the problem should be solved by more strength and explosiveness rather than technical changes now.
I think we can tell more about the start when we see shots from starting blocks.

I will get some shots posted when she comes back from vacation.
In the meantime all other comments are welcome.
The longer intervals may work better for her for now because of her backgound and these are bound to be her stronger points. With a smooth transition from one to the other -for maintenance of confidence as well- along with what others have mentioned, she should progress well!

Right! thanx man. She seems to respond real well to sessions such as 4x150. Or split runs such as 150/100 or 200/100.
Make sense for two reasons:
Plays to her current strengths and it fits well with allowing an emphasis on weight and plyo work because the longer SE runs won’t compete so directly for CNS energy with weights and plyos.
