good workout today. It hasn’t been as hot lately, which is good, plus my hills are under a lot of trees so I have constant shade…whoo hoo

Im leaving for college next wednesday…Mixed emotions. I realyl cannot wait because it is going to be an exciting new experience but I am nervous because of the same exact same. Plus I wil lbe missing some of my friends, but I got to know some ppl at my orientation who were kool, so it’s all good.

Today really sucked…it was 92 out and with being on the trck made it even hotter…But hey, what doesn’t kill me only makes me stronger…

Today was a med ball-Hills day. All went well today but the inevitable happened- I slipped on one of my hill sprints, no big deal though, just got up and completed the run.

I’m at Baldwin-Wallace. I got orienation this whole week and weekend so I won’t be able to train again until Monday. The people here are sweet and the tracksters are serious about their sport and are just like me about it which is cool
