Since I was basically masking the pain, minor as it is, still I decided against completing the entire hill session. All went relatively well but I might have to start removing hill sessions for flat speed work sooner than scheduled, as the cement hill is starting to wear on my shins/ ankles.
Warm up- 40 minutes (all on grass field)

Weights: I’m thinking about dumping Squats for Deadlifts, Explosive MedBall Throws/Plyos. For one, I don’t really like squating and secondly, I feel like the explosive throws and Plyos ( I haven’t added plyos yet) translate to starting/sprinting/accelerating better anyway. At least for me.
