Eric's 8/17/05 CNS (attempt)

After warming up for 45 minutes I decided to take an extra day off before my next hill session due to lingering soreness/stiffness in my hip flexors, right knee and right shin/ankle. I’m trying to loose my football “ignore the pain” mentality and remember that getting quality training sessions take presedence over being a so-called tough guy. So intead, I headed off to the gym and asked a friend to massage my legs and hip flexors. I’m going to give myself a light massage this midday as well.

I am sure this soreness is due to a half *ss job of post training massage and stretching after my last hill session. Never Again.
