Good basic lesson…
But how current can go deeper in the muscles depend from kind of signals (wave) too and not only from voltage.
The major problem with basic ems wave, common to compex and globus is their tetanic effect on muscles.
New age of ems don’t cause any tetanic effect and you can move during stimulation at any kind of intensity, voltage, frequencies.
There are some device can do this, one is ARP.
This is an important point, because draw the limit between simple “electrification” of a muscle and real CNS/neuromuscular stimulation with complex adaptation responce.
Russian stim was the past, compex or globus and similar are the present, but aARP and ARP like device are the future.
Personally I’m toward the future, and you?
