I’ve been using a new brand of sticky pads for my Compex muscle stim and have had great results. The brand is DURA-STICK II Self-adhesive Electrodes from the Chattanooga Group. They seem much stickier (more of a gummy adhesive) and they last much longer than some other brands of sticky pads. Do a search on google to find different suppliers. The prices are no different than other pads.
I have been using them for a while and they work very well. Can order direct from this rehab store. They also cary a very good muscle stim unit called the NeuroTrac Sports, allows for the specs Charlie recomends, and did not have a difficult time getting them to sell it to me for training purposes. The reg price was $240.00, got it on sale for $200.00. The store is located in Edmonton Alberta.
