E.m.s.

I have heard from Tom at elitefts about an A.R.P. e stim machine. I was wondering where I could get one of these devices and what are some ways to incorporate e-stim into training? Thank you for your help.

BSmith,

I’d suggest doing a search on EMS using our search function to the upper right of the forum. EMS is a subject covered many times here.

Who is Tom?

Thanks

there is a lot of info on this site about incorporating EMS into a training program, but i don’t believe there is any info on ARP.

ESPN3,
Thanks for your reply. I tried searching the archives with no luck. What should I use as a keyword? e-stim, e.m.s., EMS turned up no results. If you could lead me in the right direction it would help a lot.
Thanks!
Ben

This is about incorporating EMS into a program, I don’t know what
ARP is:
http://www.t-mag.com/articles/159ems2.html

Why isn’t there more peer reviewed research on EMS and healthy muscle performance?

Waiting on finacial aid any volunteers for an ems study!

ARP is a method not an EMS unit. The unit used by Schroedder is called the “therastim” (http://www.therastim.com/products/therastim_system.htm) which can only be bought if you are a licensed medical professional.

hi, I was just wondering what the ARP method is? I have been searching everywhere on the net for it.

Thanks

Christian!

Thank you for providing the link to Therastim. I was wondering if you could tell us more about ARP and how it can be integrated into a training program. Thanks again for your help.
