I always thought Wade was a phenomenal all around athlete, though I noticed during the 2008 Olympics that his absolute vertical jump (probably his weakest attribute :\ ) had increased noticeably; I heard him say he had been doing more strength work for the legs at that time.

I haven’t been following him in recent years so we’ll see the results of this physical prep (which possibly has little focus on traditional strength work).
