I was thinking it was the %age of your 1RM.

David,
Where can you get watches that count down? Do you have any inks to sites that sell them? I didn’t even know that watches existed like that, but that could be very helpful in a lot of things.

Most Nike Triax and Timex Ironman watches have this function

Whoops, missed that one. Still, you cleaned 120 with no trouble last Sun. No reason why you can’t do it (or a bit more) at the comp.
