I lift 4 times a week for strength…
But i’m not playing in a team right now, only next year and I want to be ready !
that is why I need some extra plyos, since im not interested in depth jumps and stuff like that I just do DUNK pracs… i’m practicing my dunks.
what you think? medball ?
