download limit on cfts reached?

Hi,
I purchased cfts and speedtrap as well as 3 or 4 other dvds in the past.
They are all quality products and ive recommended them highly to anyone who’ll listen really.
The only thing is i’ve downloaded them a few diferent times after a format when i lost all my hard drive data. Now ive reached my number of downloads for cfts!
Is there any way you can reset this one more time please?
I was just getting ready to buy the vancouver but may have to re-buy this instead now. Hopefully not.

Again, we allow you 2 downloads per purchase. We’re done resetting this for customers. Please understand that it is YOUR responsiblity to download and save your products to your hard drive. Some of our products are over 200megs in size and we simply can’t have this kind of bandwidth consuming our resources.
