Everything happens in the brain FIRST,and THEN it is reflected in the body,which by definition lives (in its complex biochemical reactions) literally as the PAST of the information (electrically) processed earlier in the brain.
P.S. As such,biology can well be defined as a subset of neurology (it is a one way street on this time line).
