Do you eat your tuna raw?

Agreed. Unless packed in oil rather than water.

Hey how about a tuna shake?

http://www.deepsquatter.com/shake.htm

haha MMMMMMM

oh yeh yeh yeh i don’t even eat it.

eating it right now, straight out of the tin. Washed down with a tomato and a glass of water! yum, yum :stuck_out_tongue:

I take a 250gram tin of Tuna drain the water and mix in a Tuna in Garlic & Herbs tin which is 185gms and that’s one days lunch.

My tuna comes in sunflower oil approx 14 grams of the stuff (can I say CLA) that is undrained, so after draining its about 3-4 left in the tuna.

Tuna shakes  is that for real, someone once mentioned something about salmon shakes aswell!

Just as a by the by.

  1. Canned tuna IS cooked tuna.
  2. If it wasnt you had better hope that it is tape worm egg free. Fish tape worms grow to between 5 and 10 m inside the human intestines.
Fortunately cooking or freezing kills the little buggers.

awwww man!! you just turned me off of tuna for a month, maybe more.

How r u supposed to know that your canned tuna has deffinately been cooked? Any sighns like; is it more dry or any sighns on the packaging?

Watched a programme a few days ago on tape worm -
Yuck!!!

I will never again eat uncooked red meat - end of story.

Saw that too. Puke. How that man ever vollunteered to go on national t.v (even though he got paid) to talk about that shite I’ll never no.
