I take a 250gram tin of Tuna drain the water and mix in a Tuna in Garlic & Herbs tin which is 185gms and that’s one days lunch.
My tuna comes in sunflower oil approx 14 grams of the stuff (can I say CLA) that is undrained, so after draining its about 3-4 left in the tuna.

is that for real, someone once mentioned something about salmon shakes aswell!

- Canned tuna IS cooked tuna.
- If it wasnt you had better hope that it is tape worm egg free. Fish tape worms grow to between 5 and 10 m inside the human intestines.
Fortunately cooking or freezing kills the little buggers.

How r u supposed to know that your canned tuna has deffinately been cooked? Any sighns like; is it more dry or any sighns on the packaging?
