difficult soccer program design

Someone give me an idea, if you want to increase speed/power and conditioning for soccer athletes on a 3 day a week program. Here are the things I am thinking.

I will need to strength quads, and hams, and make the ahtlete explosive and also increase fitness.

All this will be done on the field. I have 50 lb dumbells and I am thinking about weighted vests also. I will have them do SL squats and SL Dead lifts. plyometrics and tempo running and some sort of power lift and flexibility, with some straight ahead speed training and some agility work. There are alot of variables to include in one week. The athletes would not have any games or practice, just the 3 days a week. Any suggestions. I would be interested in a 2 day a week ideas as well for athletes in season that want to increase speed. They will have 1-2 games a week.
