wasnt that fast championship as it was so early in summer after people finished school
i came 5th in 100 and 200 meters i ran the 100 in 11.58 FAT not that great
the 200 i didnt know it or u can say i didnt bother to see
i got GOLD in the 100 meters realy 43.58

i hooked up with a 400 meters team mate to train with him
i ll do the endurance work with him and he will do the speed work with me so we can get better in our week pionts

i did with karim the 400 meters guy and with 800 meters guys
the 800 meters guys were running 3*800 at 2 min
so me and karim ran with them the 1st 400 of each 800 the rest was 5 min
i did the first 400 at 1min the second 400 at 1 min 3 sec and the last 400 i ran only 200 i could complete it but i said save the energy for tmrws sprinting
