Does dairy have a negitive preformance on sprinting. My coach will not allow me to have any dairy.

I don’t know really. I would say different people react differently. I went through a phase of trying to avoid it, but it becomes expensive, and I don’t think I was getting any benefits. Also, there is another thread on hear that was started recently suggesting the link between soya and raising oestrogen levels.

Unless you have an allergy (most don’t), dairy is fine. If you’re of European descent, you are almost surely fine.

That really makes no sense at all. Calories are calories for the most part. Eat too many calories of anything (even if it is what some defines as “good”), and you will get fat.
