Yesterday, Thursday, I went to the gym and biked 3 miles on level 4-8 in 8 minutes. After that I went strait to the stair master and went on that for .80 miles, and then I went on the treadmill for 1 mile.
i was sweating like a pig afterwards. lol but i sure could feel like I got a workout
Today I did
-5x20 resting was walking back
-5x40 resting was walking back and then 30 or so seconds
-5x60 and then strided to 100. resting time was around 2 minutes.
The rest between each set was about 3 minutes.

Man, Ive gotta say, sprinting in the pool is hard. I believe the pool was about 30 meters. I went back and forth about 10 times. The first time i did it was relatively easy. but whew those next ones were rough. It took me 15 seconds each time, after that i took 30 seconds rest.
