Cross Country

yeeeuhhson…firstly this is not my site.this is our site this site wouldn’t be what it is today without its members.secondly i know for a fact that if you ask any 100m sprinter to run more than 400m they will cry.

now last but not least do not critizise me because when you asked a question about tempo who PMed you(thanks for the thank you reply …NOT!) giving you additional help when everyone else cut you up.when you asked questions about block set-up who replied with details…

now last but not least.how did i belittle you…by giving you solid help???

i have attached some photos to demonstrate why sprinters and XC do not go hand in hand.its is one extreme to the other and together they are the total opposite

Hi there guys,
To the guys that asked the question I think you have got the a lot of people telling you that the way forward is not what your coach is proposing. Also the thing is a lot of the coaches do not have the confidence to follow or do something else whic is why they stick to what they know and even if they end up killing some athletes along the way. I think it getting a balance. But the emboduiment of every thing you do is … SPEED.

Saying ‘get a grip’ made me think you were belittling my questions.
