Those free-runs are pathetic though - because they are free, and therefore pointless. This is what sports would be like without rules and restrictions.

I was making a point, exagerration rather of my point. Im positive you wont turn any average joes into anything like that. Majority of people cant rep pull ups let alone do them side ways! Obviously they spend large amounts of their day training, but these guys are freaks! Its like saying you can make pro bodybuilders just by having them lift, it aint happening.

Look, I know you blew it out of proportions but anything is possible. Determination, mind isolation and preparation, rigid training and diet control, discipline and extreme will to succeed is what people need.
