USA Track & Field is seeking a Coach/Manager for its athletes and USATF programs in the National High Performance Center (NHPC) at the ARCO Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California. Minimum ten years experience coaching elite athletes, including proven success at the international/Olympic level. Proven expertise with at least two event groups within the sport of track & field. USATF Coaching Education certification at Level II and/or III is preferred. Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred, in coaching, sport science, athletic administration or related field.
