After much debate, we have concluded our first Annual “My Training Journal” Contest and have chosen the top 3 journals (it was really tough, and winners were chosen on unique attributes although each journal was impressive in its own right).
First Place
Henry K. Mitchell - We liked the way you took positive criticism and then you turned things around and delivered several personal bests. You matured quite a bit from the time you started your journal and have delivered exactly what we’d hoped to see - and that was results.
Good job. Keep up the great work.
Second Place
Stefanie- Although your journal is currently in its 5th revision, we found your persistence and honesty to be admirable. Reading your journal and your travels/experiences has been enjoyable and at times it was like I was part of the fun (Rome for example- or doing “business” on your bicycle!! and your foray into Kickboxing!!).
I trust others reading your journal have found it as entertaining and meaningful as I have. Keep up the great work.
Third Place
John - I found your journal well organized and focused on your personal goals (many of which you accomplished), which really is the spirit we have here-anything is possible with a little common sense and work. I like the way you also discuss your nutritional plans and goals-very detailed and focused.
Like Henry and Stefanie above you take criticism very well and never really lost your focus. Your humorous side makes your journal a pleasure to read and we hope you continue having more personal successes. Job well done.
All of you have won the exact same prize, and that is advance copies of our Elite Edition e-book (264 pages!!)
Congratulations to each of you on a fine job, keep it up.
Rupert/Charlie and everyone here.
