Does anyone know anything about constant hamstring tightness? What’s strange about it is it happens to me a lot, regardless if it’s during a training session or a deload period. Also, range of motion and strength are 100% normal. It basically strictly a feeling, as opposed to anything physical, as far as I can tell. Thanks.
Stretch out your hip flexors. Have you had many hamstring strains ?. You may need therapy to release the tightness. Deep tissue massage would be good start.
