To those who are not yet aware, PJ is taking the head coach position for Altis in China. There is every reason to expect great things from him.
China is going to be even tougher in the coming years. With Loren, Randy, and PJ they are going to be hard to stop at the World Class level.
The presence of irrefutably knowledgable coaches (which, unfortunately, is not something that the whole of the sports world can claim) will provide better insight into what is achievable in a given population (read: gene pool) given a profound sport machine, socio-cultural impetus backing high sports achievements, and what I believe is a popular sport amidst the culture.
