Conditioning

I was looking for some new ideas on conditioning, anything other than tempo runs or MB circuits? I like the tempo runs but was looking for a change of pace any ideas?

running in the pool or swimming
Running in place on a mat (1 min on 1min off…)
body wieght circuts (jumping jacks/burpees etc)
Running A’s or just do a bunch of drills
hurdle walk overs

Basically anything that you can recover quickly from (24hrs) and gets the heart rate up and makes you break a sweat…

Try 30/30 Veronica Bilat protocol.

Run 6min and measure distance. Calculave average speed. That is your vVO2max (velocity at VO2max).

Run 30 sec at vVOmax
Run 30sec at 50% vVO2max

Repeat 10-20times
