I think Sally’s comment about getting rid of the negativity is the answer.

One of the coaching staff of athlete who is by far the best in their squad said " he will never be any good".

How about we give our best a pat on the back instead of a slap behind the ears.

a bit harsh on the 4x100 relay team given they were all around 20-21 years old, plus one of the runners pulled his hammy and had to be replaced…

Australia was third on the medal tally for athletics behind Jamacia and Kenya. I haven’t researched this to confirm, but I saw it mentioned somewhere.
