Just got my Chrono Dash’s today and on the inside there is nothing. No foot pad or anything it’s just white cloth or whatever material they use. Is this the way it’s supposed to be?
Anyone? I just thought it was pretty strange that there was no insole.

I actually just saw him perform not too long ago at Hot 97 Summer Jam at Giant Stadium. Then KRSOne Showed up and they went back and forth with “The South Bronx” and “The Bridge is Over”. It was crazy.
That’s cool. I love Nas as well, but no one compares to Pac.
hahaha… well two different styles… you cant comppare… they’re both poets but the style out west is tottally different… im a Pac fan too tho/ but im more of a Biggie fan.

Prophet - I think the paddings just very thin - spose it gets u right in touch with the track .
I wouldn’t use mine for training but lots of people do . I just whip em out for races and it adds something special to the event .
I keep mine in a box on a shelf and see em when I wake up , and sometimes I erm … pat em and talk to em too

Prophet I have just bought a pair of the 2003 Geo Spark spikes. Mine also have this plain white inner sole. My guess is thats how they come…which is good for me because I only throw the inner sole away because I use orthotics.
u mean the geo sparks with the flames going along them? they look mighty mighty fine…too bad mizunoes are so damn hard to find in sydney australia

Prophet, what events are you going to run in those shoes? I am debating on whether or not to get those or the Celar’s next year (I run the 200/400 with an occasional 100 and I will use my JSC’s for the 800). If you could please keep me posted about how they feel, work, etc. I would greatly appreciate it.
Yea i am with 400stud, i am thinking about getting these. Are the spikes 1/4th inch or 1/8th? do they hold your foot in well i.e. does your foot feel well protected and controlled?
Yep…the ones with flames…they are the best spikes i’ve had other than my black and silver Mo Greene spikes…I find that i get a better response from spikes that have the plate in the fore-foot. I owned a pair of silver Nike Celars and sold them because i wasn’t getting any feeling from the track in them.
i’ve run some good times this year in my new Mizuno’s… Bring on the AAA’s!
