The jump from 28 inches to 30.5 was just a matter of me warming up and not jumping cold.

Ya, it probably wasn’t fat. I haven’t had any beer for a week, and only two pizzas, and have been eating quite a bit less (not by choice). Yesterday my meal intake during the day was 3 chocolate bars an energy drink and lots of coffee. Not too healthy.

June 1st Workout

No Warm-up (I will have more to say about this in a moment).

Bench Press
7 x 135lbs
2 x 225lbs
2 x 225lbs
15 x 135lbs

Bicep Curls
15 x 35lbs

Core:

Toe Touches 40 seconds
Destroyers 30 seconds
V-ups 25 seconds
Partner toss thingy (from GPP DVD) 30 seconds
Overhead wall bumps 40 seconds
Side wall bumps 40 seconds

Injured Shoulder cause of no warm up Estimated 9 day lay off.

10 minute eliptical machine. HR @ 115 average.

5 different rotator cuff exercises with about 10-15 reps each. Only one set each.

11 core exercises. Most with a medball. 30 seconds each.

As of this morning, I am giving up booze for 4 years (except on Christmas eve, Christmas day, New Years, and my birthday).

Damn, those quotes you put up from Charlie are great… Made me seriously think about givin it up too… It’s hard as a college student, but… Priorities!

Starting yesterday. It won’t be a big deal since I pretty much went for 28.5 years without it. The only difference in my life is the booze. Two months later I was almost 30 pounds heavier than ever before. I think there is a record of all that in my training journal somewhere.

Yeah I remember reading that… You were up to around 215 or so werent you? Two months and 30 pounds heavier, wow… Substantial difference in cutting out the booze then huh?
