I am a hockey goaltender and because at one point I was super inflexible I sustained injuries to my groins (near the insertion points, possibly tendon), and hamstrings (near insertion points, possibly tendon). So I bought an EMS 2000, and I need to know how to configure it to rehab my groin, and where the pad placement should be for the groin. I have CFTS so I have a pretty good idea for the hamstrings. Feel free to post electrode placement charts/posters if anyone has any. Thanks
