I do regular. The 8,5,3…is a rep scheme I got long time ago from a magazine called musclemag back in 98 i think. The workout is called the power matrix. It gives the poundage based on your max. If you complete the workout with ease then you move to the next max. I love it, I got away from it for the last couple years but Im back to it. It is for the bench squats and deads.
