LOL, what’s the 200 time?

Have you ever cramped up in the 100 and still ran a 200?

Too many excuses!!! Always catching cramps, blocks slipping, track to fast, girlfriend beat you up etc.

Second meet and I have to many excuses? Go backinto my log and find my excuses for me. This coming from the guy who was just ready to quit causes his leg hurt. :rolleyes:

Quit, what am I quitting??? Track and field isn’t my job. Don’t have time to go back into your huge log but it seems like every single meet shit is going wrong even back to last summer when you were catching cramps etc.

April 14:

11.29 I cramped at 60 and had to shut it down. That was so embarrassing especially after I had ran a outrageous 2nd leg on a 4x1. My next meet is in may so I will be straight by then.

Stopped at 20 meters. My ham started to tighten from the cramp so I just stopped

April of what last year two years ago. come on man one cramp a year and ive got excuses. Your reaching. I see you havent talked about your last race

Search the thread for cramp. See what you get. Since 2003 when I started this thread how many excuses have I made for anything including cramps. 3 cramps in 7 years since this thread was started and I gots excuses. lol try again

Just did about 5x100 to warm up and stretch

Had a good spped workout
3x20 bs isorobic exer. The rope broke on the 3rd set.
5x50m bs Felt real good. I felt the speed really kick in at about the 50 mark.

Make sure to drink enough water… Do you sip on gatorade throughout your warmups?

You know im one of those guys at work with a gallon of water at all times. For some reason chicks love that. lol. But naw I dont do much gaterade. I know it would help. I think the reason I cramped saturday was cause I didnt get a good stretch after the 4x1. I just sat down to try and recover. It was a mistake I will not make again.
