Brad, have you heard from Garfield lately? He left me a message when I was away on vacaction, and I was so overloaded when I first got back that I forgot to call him.

yes, we stay in touch pretty regularly over email or phone. We are working together on a limited basis with training. He is doing fine so far, has a slight hamstring injury right now, so calming him down from going all out is a job within itself. How are you doing by the way? Good to hear from you!!

Kudos to Brad Deweese for holding the Asheville seminar!

When will the sequel happen?

Hopefully next year! I really enjoyed this years and am hoping for a repeat performance. I have heard nothing but great things from the coaches and especially the athletes in attendance. A lot of people helped put it together so I would like to give the kudos to Charlie for giving A+ Material and insight, Rupert, Derek, Joel (pioneer) and Daniel (Vaultman). A solid crew! So start planning on a mini-vacation to North Carolina in the upcoming year.

D, we’ve got to do it again. Everytime you go to something the caliber of a Charlie seminar(not that there are too many things even in that ballpark) you learn so much. The knowledge you acquire takes you to a whole new level of both understanding and also questions about topics that you might not have even considered before. If we get a lot of people returning along with, hopefully, a bunch of new people it could take our(there) conversations and inquiries in different directions-for the better. Let’s do it again when possible. Whachuknowboutputtinonseminarswhereyougetabouttentimesmorepeoplethenthesaintgotforhisseminar?

I agree! If it was up to us we would host it every weekend!! I cant get enough. Lets get the forum ready for another one.

If everyone is nice, we will make sure the Great Saint will be in attendance. He can go into depth about his training philosophies on distance training for hammer throwers.
